Not many will understand our ways, but here at Dragonfire we will always support our service men and women and their families. 31 Heroes WOD collected more than $300,000.00. It’s a small price for those who pay the ultimate price.

31 of America’s bravest have made the ultimate sacrifice for our sake. We can all agree that no workout will ever be enough to say thank you, but among this community it almost seems to be our version of the “moment of silence”, a small way we can honor the those that have gone before us. We hope you’ll join us for this moment of silence.

This is a Partner WOD– Partner #1 will perform the work listed above. Partner #2 will run 400m with a sandbag (45/25). Once Partner #2 returns from the run, Partner #1 will grab the sandbag and begin their 400m, while Partner #2 continues work wherever #1 left off.
