rest 2 minutes between sets
Every minute on the minute starting at minute 1
Set 1: 5 burpees over rower
Set 2: 7 Kettlebell swings (53/35)
Set 3: 9 pushups.
Set the rower for 3X 1000m intervals with 2 min rest. Rower will mark your rest time. Score is total time for WOD with rests.
