Welcome to one of the largest member base portion of our gym. You are an athlete at heart but have a busy life! You may be a student, a mom, a grandpa, or an avid dog lover. You like to workout 3-5 times per week , forget boring….. you want your fitness program to be fun and engaging! In the past you may have done a “fun run” or a “mud race” or been part of “basketball or softball league” and you may want to compete in a fun competition or two. You want a program that feels like a sport but works with your schedule. You want friends around to work out with that help keep you accountable.
