Open gym is back on Sundays starting this weekend from 10am-12pm. You can come in and stretch out or make up a wod that you missed.

6 burpee box overs (20 inches)
12 alternating DB snatches (50/35)
12/8 cals air bike
Athlete A does one full round, then rests while Athlete B does one full round until all 12 are complete.
